My background is in mechanical engineering, and I started this tutoring company, Heywood Academies, in 2022 to help students with their math, science, and engineering courses. I did the mechanical engineering technologist program through Camosun College and the Bachelors of Engineering through the University of Victoria. I worked for a couple of years in the Science Help Centre at Camosun College where I helped students with their Physics. I now teach Mechanical Engineering at Camosun College. We are a team of 5 tutors with backgrounds in science and engineering who have helped over 250 students. Our rates for tutoring start at $60 per session.
